This section contains troubleshooting information to help you identify, isolate, and resolve printer issues.

Incorrect Home position/parallelism

The printer is completely calibrated and tested during fabrication. However, in rare cases, the calibration needs to be carried out by the printer owner to guarantee uniformly accurate build results.

Perform the Home position calibration. To do that:

1. On the Home screen of your P4K Advantage CS, select Settings | Move & Calibration | Home Calibration. 

2. Procced following the required steps.

3. If the problem persists, please contact Service & Support.
